Our best wishes for 2021! With more vaccines distributed day after day we are optimistic and looking forward to the coming year. More than ever, we earn a year in which human warmth, cosiness and comfort are central.

Our 8 good intentions

2020 was also a year of continuous adjustment for Stelrad. Yet we never gave up. We even increased our investments in innovation, development and marketing. In 2021 you will start feeling the benefits of these investments.

Unfortunately we cannot tell you everything yet but with our 8 good intentions we already give you an exclusive sneak preview. What may you expect from Stelrad in 2021?

1. Stelrad goes electric…

Following the successful launch of our first electric radiators, we are shifting up a gear. We will start the year with the product launch of an electric variant of our Vertex and Vertex Plan, the vertical panel radiators with which we have been the proud market leader for many years.

2. Handy, always the same wall distance

Improving the ease of installation of our radiators is one of our main challenges. By guaranteeing a fixed wall distance for the central connection at the bottom, we facilitate the preparatory pipework. This will save our customers a lot of time and money.

3. Quality time in the bathroom

Our radiators feel perfectly at home in any bathroom. In 2021, we will continue to invest in this specific market segment with a number of innovations./p>

• • For example, we are launching our Dahlia E electric radiator with a fixed plug.
• ​• We will also be able to supply the Dahlia E-VENTO – currently only available in white – in the desired colour.
• • ​Specifically for compact bathrooms we are expanding our range with even narrower versions of towel warmers, a 400 and 450 mm version is coming soon.
• • The warranty period on our bathroom radiators doubles from 5 to 10 years.

4. Always perfectly balanced

Correct balancing and a constant return temperature are essential for the energy efficiency of a heating system. In 2021 we will launch a new dynamic valve insert. This valve insert is easily set based on 2 simple parameters, the heat output and the target return temperature. Complex calculations and time-consuming balancing are now a thing of the past.

5. Black is back

Of course Stelrad cannot lag behind the style trend in the sanitary world: matte black. We will soon be expanding our standard colour chart with “soft black”, a subtle black lacquer that we developed in-house.

6. Being able to make a choice?

Choosing the right radiator becomes even easier. We will add a practical, user-friendly radiator selection tool on the Stelrad website.

7. BIM ready? We are happy to lend a hand!

We are happy to lend a hand to architects, specifiers and engineering firms who want to prescribe our radiators or integrate them into their design. On our website you will discover that all our radiators are available in REVIT files.

8. The best for last!

We kept the best for last. In 2021 we will launch our radiator with built-in fans. This radiator functions perfectly at water temperatures of 45 ° C and below. In this way we combine the advantage of an energy-efficient low-temperature heating with a short warm-up time, which is a major advantage compared to underfloor heating. With this innovation we are once again doing our bit to achieve the climate goals without compromising on living comfort.
